Eligibility

we want you to love everything from Louma! but in case you don't ... 😿
to be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

1. Unused and in their original packaging 

2. Have all tags still attached

3. Return request submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order

Returns or exchanges without tags or after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
